Medical Information

Some students attending school require medication to control a health condition.  Teachers as part of their duty and in line with the Jennings Street School “Administration of Medication” policy will assist students to take medication. The policy guidelines include all non-prescription medication including analgesics. 

If your child requires medication at school, a Medical Authority Form will need to be completed.  Medication will only be administered with explicit written permission signed by a parent/guardian and the student's medical practitioner.
